Rooms were dirty, bathroom smelled like urine, no hair conditioner. Originally they put me in a handicap accessible room which was extremely inconvenient - mirror in bathroom so below I had to stoop to use it, shower not separated so water got all over the floor. Should have given me a partial refund for putting me in a room I didn’t boon.

Can’t beat the location. Room, staff and breakfast were very good. I’d stay here again if we come back to London. We had easy walk to the Moulin Rouge musical. Walking to Chinatown, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square were all easy breezy!

Booked a suite. I know it's London, but this was not a suite. Room had a terrible odor & dirty carpeting. Called Expedia to see if they could help considering this was a non-refundable room. They were extremely HELPFUL. They called the hotel, & tried to get us a refund. But the hotel said they wouldn't be able to let us know for a week. But the hotel was very kind & did offer to switch us to a sister hotel. This went very smoothly & the nice gentleman who checked us in at The Hotel Indigo gave us free breakfast every morning on their beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar.

Great location, great check in, room was a great size for London and was quiet despite the proximity to Leicester square. Lighting in corridors and stairwells not so great. Once checked in, no need to scan room key on re entry to gain access to the hotel corridors. Obviously could not access any other rooms but we felt like this was not as safe as could be.

Easy check in and excellent location. The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Not noisy during the night, considering the hotel is located on Leicester Sq, but we did stay mid-week, so this may differ at a weekend. Would definitely stay again.
