Location and staff were great. The shower door didn’t close so bathing was a waterpark in the bathroom. One of the lifts was broken and none of the lifts took us to our floor (and do not ever have access to that floor). We had to carry heavy luggage and belongings up another flight of serpiginous, narrow hallways. We managed fine but was annoying after such a long flight and I dont think people with disabilities or health issues would do well under these circumstances.

Great hotel in great location. Room was large for London, very clean and modern. Close to tube station Marble Arch. Walk across the road to Hyde Park. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent in every regard!

We took a chance and booked 22 nights with no real knowledge of or experience with the hotel. We found it to be excellent in every respect. The room was spacious compared to most London hotels. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed and actual pillows were great too. The location is superb to tour all of London from.

Conveniently located near the park, tube station, with lots of restaurants around the corner. The room was simple and comfortable. On the 6th floor, I didn't notice any street noise.

Awesome and nice

Check-in and check-out process were quick albeit there are waves of incoming guests. Most exciting about this hotel was a convenient location with nice facility. Especially, room was clean and well maintained. Only small complain was facet was dripping unless you position well.

Great stay

Really pleasant hotel, lovely staff. Allowed us to leave our bags with them for a few hours after we checked out, which was great so we didn't have to carry them around London before getting our train!

The best customer service ever from these two staff members: Minal and Ali Mansour. I was there celebrating my 50th birthday. Right before I got ready to leave the United States one of best friends passed away. You never know what someone is going through. These two people made my birthday trip even better.
