Friendly and efficient staff - especially at check in. Room was nice and in good condition. Nice bed etc. Only issue was that it was very cold when I got in but it quickly warmed up when I adjusted the temperature.

As a solo female traveler, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was centrally located in the theater district and an easy walk to all of my shows. The rooms are tiny, but I was by myself so I really didn’t need space. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. I got a windowless room and slept like a rock in the complete darkness. If you’re looking for a place to stay in central London as an individual or couple, this is the place for you. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they held my bags for me while I explored the city before check-in.

I didn't have the breakfast but it looked to be popular with guests. My room was on the ground floor but unfortunately it was obviously next to some kind of storage area for staff as it was accessed frequently and the noise disturbed me during the evening and early morning.

I stayed at The Z Hotel for two weeks, in one of the rooms without a window. I’ll admit, I wasn’t too sure about it at first but it actually turned out to be a great choice! The street can get quite noisy, so my room ended up being peaceful and perfect for rest. 😊 The room itself was functional, clean, and felt very safe exactly what you need for a comfortable city stay. The hotel overall was spotless, well-run, and welcoming, with friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. For a short stay in the city, it was a pleasant surprise! Well done to all the staff for running such a great hotel your care and attention really show. 👏

Rooms are quite small yet bed was comfortable. Enjoyable for a few nights stay. Hotel cafe has good sandwhiches, did not have the breakfast as we slept in first night and walked 20 minutes to see changing of the guards second morning. Blocks from Trafalgar square, pubs and restaurants. 10-12 minute walk to bridge. 6 minute walk to Leicester Square Underground station making commutes accessible. Overall pretty good spot.

Didn’t have breakfast. Great idea cheese and wine Only criticism is hanging facilities for clothes but no drawers. However that is why the price is so good for the room as the room very small. Would deffo stay again as location is marvellous.
