Very central with easy access to Covent Garden and good value for money. Room was small, just a bed, a seat and the small toilet/shower room but has everything you need for a short stay. First time with Z Hotel but will definitely be an option in future.

Small and Quirky, but not so comfortable.

The rooms are very small, but we knew this and that wasn’t it a problem. Feels sort of unique. The problem was the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I would go as far as to say it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. But the room was very clean, and I have to say the staff were all excellent. Thank you.

We used this location for a three night stop in between trips. We arrived early and exhausted from travel. The staff were lovely and found a room that was ready early so we could shower and rest. The in-hotel cafe/restaurant was wonderful for a quick breakfast or late night snack without worry. Rooms were clean and had many gadgets. Staff were very attentive making it feel very homey even for the few days we were there.

A super location for theatre and shopping trip. Very close to theatres, covent garden and Charing cross station. The rooms are small but it is more than made up for by the great location. It also meant the air conditioning was very effective during a London heat wave. I recommend a room with a window, just for a feeling of extra space. Windows had full blackout blinds for those concerned about the street lights. Rooms were clean and the hotel was well kept. The staff were very friendly. f travelling with a friend/partner be aware that the bed was only accessible from one side (as it was against a wall) but fine as i was sharing with my child. Also the shower/toilet is partitioned from the room by frosted glass, rather than solid walls! Very good value for such a central location.

A quiet, clean and comfortable room in the centre of London. A short walk from the many theatres, shops and restaurants. The room is on the cosy side, but most are in Europe. Very reasonable price for the centre of London. I found the breakfast provided was good value to start the day!

Decent hotel with some minor issues

Clean and decent hotel rooms, very well situated to see central London. Some minor issues - Reception is crampt and check in was a bit chaotic, was asked to wait which was fine but more people turned up to check in while we did with no real system to manage the queue. Shower gel was already empty in our room before we had chance to use it.
