The brunette lady at the Reception was absolutely brilliant when I checked - in. I was a little early and her customer service skills were exceptional. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but I would be grateful if you could please pass on my thanks. The staff at Breakfast were also great and my overall experience was positive. We loved staying here. The room was very nice. The cookies, tea and coffee in the room made me smile. Breakfast in the Pub is fabulous. Food and drinks there were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Short walk to Tube station. Around the corner from Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace. Delicious restaurant in lobby. Very safe and quiet. Rooms have been updated and very clean. Very safe area around hotel. Walk to everything!

A perfect location for both business and leisure

Attended a two-day conference within a few minutes walking distance. A perfect location for that, and if we would have been vacationers, also for that. A minute’s walk to a tube station. The room on the third floor was comfortable and quiet. The only thing I missed was furniture for the luggage.
