We have stayed at this hotel on two previous occasions and this time we were very disappointed overall. When we asked about an upgrade we were literally “fobbed off”, service in the bar and casual dining was disorganised to say the least. Our room when cleaned one day we weren’t provided with face washers and another day no body wash. Our last night it was windy and the noise from something loose on the roof was extremely loud and annoying. Our next time in London we would be looking at other hotels.

Not worth the money - whilst the hotel itself was fabulous, and the guest service, restaurant and bar were excellent, the rooms were poorly decorated and too small and not worth the money spent. I would not stay here again.

Tuve que salir del hotel antes de una hora de ingresar. La alfombra además de tener olor a humedad estaba llena de manchas (anexo foto) La ropa de cama estaba humeda y con olor (anexo foto) El baño tenía pelos y restos de algo (anexo foto) realmente muy desagradable La base de la cama estaba en pésimas condiciones (anexo foto) Cuando quise retirarme del hotel porque era imposible estar en estas condiciones ni siquiera me facilitaron la salida, el personal fue muy desagradable No dormí ni una noche en el hotel y lastimosamente había pagado del 100% así que terminé perdiendo mi dinero

The Kensington is a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff. We had a twin room and the only complaint we had is that it was ridiculously tiny! We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so it wasn’t a huge issue, however, for the cost a larger space is much preferred. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and pretty sitting area. The neighborhood is fantastic- wedged between 2 tube stations and there are a slew of restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel. South Kensington from is beautiful and quiet and within a short walk to Hyde Park. Overall, a great stay!
