Very nice hotel, the staff were friendly and efficient , we were able to check in early and drop off our luggage. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view from the window. The breakfast was delicious and hot. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and go out and enjoy our day then pick it up on the way to the train station. We have stayed here before and it has improved greatly since then

While the lobby and staff are nice, the walls of my room were super thin so I could hear everything in the room next to mine (snoring, talking, coughing). Additionally, my room was broadly clean, but I kept finding little stray trash items (tags, bobbypins) that had been left behind by the previous guest(s).

The hotel was just ok. Given the high prices of hotel rooms in London I suppose it was part for the course. We visited the bar in the evening, again, very pricey. The building needs a little maintenance. There was some pretty rough cabinetry in our room. The door from the bar to the kitchen was horribly squeaky and when I mentioned it to our server he said he didn't even notice it. The manager there must hear the very load noise the door makes every time it is opened. The breakfast was not great, it was a very basic English breakfast.

Perfect for visiting the theatre. Rooms small but very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was a bit warm and had no air conditioning. Opening the window was not an option as it had traffic noise outside. Breakfast had plenty of choice but very short staff lots of tables with dirty crockery. The staff were lovely. I would definitely stay hete again.
