Room was very clean and organized. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but still spacious enough for comfortability. The location of the hotel is very convenient as there are many restaurants and pubs around.

Excellent Hotel and well located

My daughter and I stayed at the St. Martin's lane for over a week and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was super attentive and friendly and the room was excellent, spacious enough, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good and tasty with a large variety. The location is unbeatable as well. We'll definitely return when in London. Thanks

Another pleasurable stay

As always the hotel is pretty perfect. So close to theatreland and tube stations. Staff are all helpful and pleasant and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs there. It is peaceful and relaxing amidst the bustle of london

The hotel was modern and our room was spacious for Central London. We got a room on the top floor and it was quiet ! The hotel is located very close to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden and walking to other places in Central London was very easy. As we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel also surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and slice of cake - what a lovely touch! They also set up a separate bed for our daughter who was travelling with us without us even asking for it - that was so greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again if we return to London!

Best location to stay in london. 3-4 min walk to subway. Lots of restaurants, theaters and lively places around. Very clean and fiendly staff. Only thing on check-out they wanted to charge a breakfast I didnt have, same thing to the person before me. So just keep an eye on your consumptions on the way out

The layout with the courtyard is unique. I was surprised how we did not hear doors shutting in the hallway or street noises. The only draw back with the design was with the internal room doors not being a sound barrier at all to the bathroom area. Would still stay here again!

Excellent hotel in all the ways you would want

This really is a great hotel! Staff is very friendly. Stylish and super clean rooms including the bathroom. The location is fantastic and as others have described is vibrant and centered around west-end theater, restaurants and museums. Also it is just around the corner from a TESCO food market which allowed us to pick up snacks and drinks for our rooms. With the Leicester Square subway very close you can get anywhere in the city fast and inexpensively. We traveled with our wheel chairbound mother(-in-law) so we took taxis mostly and they were always available. We will definitely book our next stay at this hotel when coming to London.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is very well located and near many transportation options. Most of the main landmarks and attractions can be walked in least that 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is abundant.
