The hotel was very conveniently located to Paddington Station and had many great dining options nearby. Unfortunately, due to the age of the hotel and it's proximity to the station, a restful nights sleep was difficult to attain. The trains rumbled beneath until the wee hours and resumed early as well, and the sound between floors was considerable with footsteps and closing (slamming) doors being very obvious. Overall a good option, but some investment in soundproofing would be beneficial. Would not be my first choice again.

Property was fine, rooms vey small and cramped. Bathroom inside the room was tiny and I had to sit awkwardly just to use the toilet. I am 6' tall, have good mobility but still found it awkward, so no idea how a larger or less mobile person would mange. The shower is on a floor BELOW the room I stayed in, so presented problems in that I had no idea and also had not prepared to be walking through the hotel in a state of undress (went clothed and got changed instead) not ideal at all.

It is located a two minute walk from Paddington station which made it easy to get all over London, I also liked the option of having a single room but shared facilities to help with the cost as a solo traveler. This is in a very safe area and loved being close to everything!

My room was very small but functional. Going up four floors after a day of walking around London is a challenge, but doable. The hotel is one and a half blocks off the Paddington station, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, bakeries smaller supermarkets nearby. Also close to Hyde Park and plenty of tube and bus choices.

This was a perfect spot to stay for site-seeing. The room was tiny, but perfect for two people and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff was also lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

I love this place...it's my second stay there and just like the last time it was wonderful. Lovely staff, clean, bright, love the water available in the lobby that I can fill up my bottle for the day. Especially the sparkling water! The location is amazing, the wifi is strong. Friendly and nice, but noisy

Staff was very helpful, and the room was really nice. My room location must have been right next to an adjacent pub, though. The noise during a football match made it virtually impossible to sleep, unfortunately.

The location is a huge plus. Good value for money. My only disappointment was the lack of a lift. It was terrible for us having to carry two large luggages up 4 floors.

I loved the way they helped us when we first arrived, they are super nice but the rooms are tiny, no coffee maker, fridge, no space for luggage. No elevators and we had heavy luggage, at first they had someone take our luggage to our rooms but when we checked out there was no one to help us and we had to slide down the stairs our luggage out down the stairs because it was heavy. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, if you are not in a condition to do that, speak to them to get access to first floor.
