Nice room overlooking the front, on second floor. no lift so maybe difficult for some. Water, nespresso coffee, and snacks available on ground floor which was useful but local cafes and restaurants and Paddington station meant it was very easy to go out and get food and drink. Recommend the Little Cafe for breakfast, and the Lebanese restaurant for wonderful fresh food. Room was clean, comfortable, good shower with hot water, tiny sink made teeth brushing a little awkward (could do with cups for rinsing). Safe in room, plenty of good lighting, usb and sockets for technology. Very helpful staff, would definitely return

No tiene ascensor. Me toco la ultima habitacion en el 4to piso. Una escalera que mis pies debian pedir permiso entre si para poder subir. La habitacion tan pequeña que no tiene ni placard ni puerta en el baño...tenia literalmente que mover la maleta del piso para poder pararme al despertar. No tiene desayuno... lo unico bueno la hubicacion.

This is an old accommodation located near Paddington Station. The room I stayed in was quite small, and only had a shared bathroom, but was more than enough for my needs as a solo traveler given the very reasonable price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Others have already mentioned the noise of the underground - this is noticeable but not bothersome (plus the trains are not running during sleeping hours). I would happily stay here again on my next trip to London. Like many accommodations in the area, there are no elevators in the hotel, so beware if you have very heavy or large luggage items.

Great stay, and super close to the train station. Our room was very cute and cleaned daily. The staff was overall great, we did wake up one morning with no water and when I told the man at the front desk his response was “strange, try the community bathroom on your floor”, but that was the only downside to our stay otherwise great time!

This hotel is really pretty and in a great location. The room was small albeit, clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the trains going past made a lot of noise and caused some interrupted sleep. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel for the close location to Paddington Station and getting easily to and from Heathrow airport. It's in a great location and walkable to so much of what London has to offer. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and we were able to store our luggage until our flight later in the day. Our room was nicely refurbished, clean and comfortable. But the noise and rumble from the trains is significant (but all quiet between 11pm-6am), so pack your earbuds. Small and steep staircase to our basement room, but staff were great and carried out suitcases up and down for us. And we had a cold shower at night, until we realised the next day you just have to keep turning (and turning) the tap until the hot water comes in.

Location was very good especially being so close to paddington station- however you could hear the trains/subway shake the property on a regular basis. Hotel was old structure but clean - staff was friendly. Loads of restaurants nearby
