Absolutely fabulous stay at Sofitel London St. James! The service was exceptional, the location perfect for exploring, and the cocktails in the bar downstairs were outstanding. The team even made a birthday trip extra special with a sweet treat and “Happy Birthday” surprise. Can’t wait to return!

We so appreciate Brahim and Lucas! Brahim helped us when the area was closed to taxis and we had to go to the airport. He moved our luggage 3 blocks and coordinated w a cab and got us into it safely! That’s great service. Lucas got us checked in. Love the decor of the room and the bathroom! Love the location!

the location was perfect, you could leave the front and walk east, west, south or north and be in the heart of it all. We walked over 10 miles a day. Loved our room! The different color options were cool, lots of creativity went into the renovation of this one time bank. Breakfasts were amazing!
