We stayed for one night in the "lower ground" level. It was quiet and private, but access was difficult with bags. The Rose Court is functional, and bed layout was good, but is the hotel is in major need of remodel. If you need a budget location, it may work, but we won't stay again. Location was great and there is an excellent nearby restaurant for breakfast, La Masseria!

Rose Court Hotel delivered exactly what we hoped for during our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. The team was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Special recognition goes to Shashi, who provided outstanding service with a warm, professional approach that made us feel truly welcomed!

Avoid at all costs. The building is old and the top floor feels likes its about to fall down. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked and water pooled on the floor. Ants in the WC. Carpets, doors and walls are all in very poor state. The reception person was asleep on the job (literally) and had barred the front door using a wet floor sign. The rooms are very dirty. Would never visit again.

Incredible cheek to charge so much for somewhere that not only wasn't hygienic but in desperate need of renovation/refurbishment. Owners of the property in clear breech of trading standards advertising pictures online that clearly don't resemble the realty of the rooms. Simply out for the money.

Hotelet var et ældre men charmerende hotel - dog trænger det til en meget kærlig hånd - det er meget slidt - men det var rent. Hvis man kun skal sove der og skruerne forventninger helt ned er det ok - så kan man sparer penge ved at vælge dette hotel, beliggenheden er super god lige nær underground og Oxford Street. Hyggelig morgenscafer tæt på. Dog
