Really enjoyed the cozy feeling of the room. It was so convenient to have a kitchen, as well as a living room separate from the bedroom. The pillows were the MOST comfortable that my head has ever touched. The staff were very kind and resourceful (we were from out of town for a concert) They provided us with great care and greeted us with smiles. There were many breakfast options which was an added bonus! This location offers underground parking. The hotel was so quiet, you would almost think it was just you staying there. We had a fantastic experience and would love to stay at this hotel in the future!

The hotel room was fine. Bathroom a bit on the small size. An improvement to the room would be to have a FULL length mirror available and more lighting. In addition, the breakfast was rather disappointing! Very limited choices.

Good hotel but needs renovations

Hotel is overall good. Rooms are big but need some TLC. There is a smell in all rooms (I have stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 business visits). Smell is like cigarettes but I suspect it might be just old. Some renovations would serve this hotel well. Good service and good breakfast. Parking is extra but is underground, making it helpful in the winter. Well located.
