I have stayed at this property many times over the last 30 years but it has deteriorated rapidly sine becoming a Radisson Hotel. This stay was the worst and last. AC did not work. Bed so worn and lopsided I woke at nigh falling out. Sink clogged, tub leaked. Breakfast has declined in quality. Medication left from prior guest in refrigerator. I did get a portable AC. Spoke to staff daily about bed nd sink but nothing was done. Was in a premium room that looked nothing like the web site or premium rooms previously occupied. Response to no the stay was not good….Oh I’m sorry

Check in easy and early which was great, to put out bags away and enjoy the evening out, staff lovely, breakfast was amazing and the waiting staff were great, explained everything really well, the only we would say was water and coffee machine in the room was a fab touch but no milk or sugar supplied, and maybe put the Wi-Fi password in the rooms as only saw it on check out, view amazing seeing the wheel all lite up at night, Nelson’s column etc, bed really comfy thankyou

Great hotel, great location

The staff were very accommodating and helpful from arrival and check in. While the hotel is in a very busy area, inside it is very quiet and tranquil. The rooms are fairly spacious and have a great view of London. The hotel itself is in a great location and within walking distance of a lot of really cool places and areas.

I can't fault most aspects of this hotel - we had a good welcome, a comfortable room and a decent bathroom (even if the shower pressure was a bit low). I don't think it's a 5 star hotel and it's looking a bit tired around the edges, but it was fair value for money and in an unbeatable location.

Paid for superior room requested twin beds 1 month prior to arrival as myself and my 18 year old daughter were travelling together . This apparently wasn’t possible and a comment was made about the fact I booked on hotels.com . Maybe if I had booked with them directly this would not have been an issue . It’s also irrelevant as I paid the same . The hotel was full so we shared the bed. The room 223 avoid definitely not superior in anyway. Small pokey noisy very warm and light flooded in at 6am every morning due to inadequate window dressings . The location is excellent the beds are comfortable. But this is definetely not a 5 star .
