Gorgeous hotel, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful from the second I walked in. Room was spotless clean, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent location for buses and the Subway. Very close to Oxford Street and shopping near by for food. Will definitely stay at this hotel in future.

Everything I like in a hotel for a couple of nights stay was here and very nice. The only small downside (which is not the fault of the hotel at all) is the fact that it is on a main road which means the noise from the traffic was a bit loud. But this is London and you have to take that into consideration!

Lovely rooms, spacious and exactly like the photos. Really friendly staff and great breakfast. Excellent location for Kings Cross. Stayed here to go to a gig at Wembley which this hotel is perfect for. Would recommend & will definitely be staying again.
