The booking was for a twin room and breakfast. The hotel was having renovations which meant the breakfast was not available. No prior communication on this had been made. The rooms are very small, with no cupboard space, just fold out shelves on the wall.
Great location for London Marathon weekend. Easy to get to Expo, start and back from finish. Room was small but had everything you need with clever use of space. Staff were great, helpful and friendly.
Building work was going on which could have been advised in advance ,(maybe it was). Would stay again
The room was clean and comfortable. Couldnt ask for more.
The guy who greeted us at reception (i think Kasim) was really lovely, genuinely nice. The lady working with him was great. They made us feel really welcome, offered snacks/refeshments and even advised about local maintenance works thay shouldnt upset the peace at night.
Really good
The staff at this hotel was amazing. So friendly and helpful. They have us so much advice about getting around London. There is a restaurant close with very reasonable prices and good food. We ate there for breakfast and dinner.
Walking to a huge mall and the train station was about 15 minutes. There is also a free museum close by, and the hotel kept our luggage while we went to the museum the morning of checkout.
They tell you on the website that the rooms are tiny, and they are. If you have ever been on a cruise in an inside room, that room is bigger. There was barely room for the bed. The room was clean. We didn't have a problem with outside noise, but we had a room without a window.
We stayed two nights and it served our need for a place to stay in London.
Bright and clean, Undergoing modernisation (I think to set up a breakfast restaurant). Bit of a walk from Canary Wharf. Adjacent to a Wetherspoons. Smallish room, great for a short stay.
Decent size room for London. Only stayed for one night so didn’t really use any facilities other than the bed. Bed was comfortable and location was great within a few minutes walk of restaurants, bars and the tube station. Ideal for anyone staying in London.
Really great one night stay. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.
We had room 206 which at the moment overlooks the work going on at the side of the hotel, but as we were there over Easter, we weren’t affected by any noise.
The room was small but had everything you need for a short stay and they’d really thought about making the most of the space, with foldaway tables and a chair.
There were plenty of sockets with USB points and an excellent aircon unit. Very comfortable bed.
All in all, we’d be happy to stay here again.
While the rooms in the second building are brand new and spotlessly clean, they are very small - no closet, no dresser (6 hangers 3 wall buttons to hang them from). Very compact bathroom. This is student-level accommodation and would suit budget travellers that want to access everything Canary Wharf has to offer.

Great location. Currently under renovation, though it is being managed well and didn’t impact our stay. Staff were lovely and welcoming. However our bathroom was dirty - the shower hadn’t been cleaned and the lights in the room didn’t work properly - unable to change the settings etc. the rest of the room was nice and clean however and bed is quite comfortable. Location really can’t be beat if you’d like to stay in Canary Wharf.
