London trip

from the moment we checked in to the moment we left everyone was very nice. we purchased ABBA tickets from the concierge and he went the extra mile to confirm we had the tickets when we couldn't download them online. the shower was good size with solid water pressure. the rooms are big. i wish the bed had USB ports on the nightstands, that's really the only downside i can think of. free water bottles every day if you asked. big sink in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is excellent. 10 minutes walk away from Waterloo station. 2 minutes walk from Lambert North Station. Good eating places along the lower Marsh lane. The breakfast is plentiful. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the London attractions. The room is quite modern with electronic control of lights, blind and air conditioning. Will stay again next time we visit London

Decent hotel, could be better

Centrally located hotel within walking distance to Big Ben and London eye. Views are not great from the even room numbers (504) but are decent on the odd side (505) in our experience of having 2 rooms. While the lobby of the hotel is well maintained, the rooms need a bit of fixing with bed backs being coming off. The breakfast spread was ok, but your experience depends upon the staff you are dealing with. Some of the staff members are really helpful and take your orders patiently but some staff members (likes of Mr Oualiad) will just ignore your requests. Overall a mixed experience. But from the location standpoint one can consider this hotel or the park plaza Westminster bridge.

Right across the street from the train station, making the city easy to access. Clean lobby, quiet halls, tasty coffee. Easy check in process and not too far from Big Ben. Coming from America, communication was a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!
