The bed was very small, too high and very uncomfortable. the mirror, table top and other surfaces appeared not dusted for days. Toilet paper was very thin and cheap.

Staff was very welcoming and at Breakfast, staff was extra miles. Which i didn’t like was room ,2 beds was attached and one bed was going down which make us uncomfortable to sleep with our child.

Hotel is in a residential area with good access to buses and the Tube. Felt safe returning late at night with the family and taking a short walk from HC station. The front desk staff (Monica) were friendly and went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and questions.
