This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!

Number Sixteen is a beautiful property on a quiet side street in bustling South Kensington. There is easy walking access to many restaurants, shopping, and the South Kensington Underground station. Property is beautifully decorated, with high end room amenities. Restaurant on property is lovely, with excellent food.

What a lovely hotel. The location was steps from South Kensington tube station which serves three lines yet the hotel is quiet and tranquil inside. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants we had the chance to eat at Ceru, Wright Brothers and Tapas Brendidas for dinners. All were excellent. The pub across the street is lively and a good place for a pint after a day of busy activities. Many local patrons bring their dogs which we loved as we ere missing our own puppy. The service at the hotel was exceptional and every detail was thought of to make your stay welcoming. We stayed for a week and will definitely be back next time we’re in London.

Assigned a laughably tiny (even by London standards) room that didn't even have space for a coffe maker or ketlle. Miniature bathroom was down an awkward and dangerous couple of stairs. Very noisy with doors slamming all hours of the day and night. Booked elsewhere and got out after just one night. Was charged for two nights of a three night reservation.
