Near iconic Tower Bridge

The hotel was okay, but not much facilities in the area. Swarms of tourists at the Tower Bridge Subway Station. But very quiet at night. Decent hotels in the area.

We had an excellent seven night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were personable and extremely helpful particularly Zainob and Ola. The breakfast in the attached restaurant Keepers was excellent with many options. The greeters and waitstaff provided friendly and competent service. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Location was a five minute walk to the underground tube system. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Novotel London Tower Bridge was truly exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Its prime location, just a stone’s throw from Tower Hill tube station and a short stroll to landmarks like the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, couldn’t be more convenient. The hotel’s contemporary and inviting ambiance instantly made us feel at home. The staff were outstanding—warm and welcoming at check-in, with the breakfast team being particularly attentive. A special shout-out to Bocar at checkout, whose friendliness and helpfulness left a lasting impression. Our room was generously sized, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with a comfy bed, complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a smart TV with Chromecast for streaming. The modern bathroom, featuring a fantastic rainfall shower and quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury. The breakfast buffet was a standout, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, from classic English breakfast options to pastries and fresh fruit, ensuring something for everyone. The last leg of our holiday saw us spend two nights at this lovely Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious, as was the dinner we had on our final night. No hesitation in staying here again

What I don’t understand about the hotel is that they are totally trying to minimize costs thereby minimizing service which is the very essence of why one would choose a hotel in the first place! It is impossible to find service because they don’t have any phones to call the front desk! Let’s hide and not provide service!?!? Oh and the internet being a public system is useless to any business person. Why don’t they provide a decent internet where you can log in privately. I had forgotten why I don’t normally stay there on frequent visits to London. Now I remember!!!!!

Great location. First time in London. This place is close to a tube (subway). A few pubs and restaurants nearby. Tower of London is a 3 minute walk. Restaurant /pub inside the hotel is very good.

The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from a tube station on lines that hit all the major tourist destinations. Our room was comfortable, quite roomy (for London), bathroom, linens, towels, etc all good quality. Front desk staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was good for drinks or a quick meal.

Didn’t like having to load and access an App to ask for anything. No phone in room and had to use App to talk to reception. Had to order toilet paper on App!! Sheets never changed in 5 day stay. Had to pay forty pounds to check into room early and another 10 pounds for a later checkout (only 2 hours extra). Unannounced fire alarm drill had us walk down 6 floors to be told it was an unannounced staff exercise!!! No comms over public address system. No lotion, toothbrushes or shaving equipment in room and had to refer on App if wanted. Response to any App requests could be several hours later. Room was noisy when posted as sound proofed and Black out curtains did not fit properly so didn’t work. Breakfast was very expensive. Arrangements made in person at reception were not passed on to next shift. Won’t be staying here again.
