The location and pricing is what made us choose this location, not many rooms available in the area due to a big convention, big party in the hallway from 3am onward complained in the morning front desk said they weren't aware, amenities we're minimal, no breakfast area, rooms we're clean

We had an issue with our room, that staff were wonderful and gave us a new room. The hotel is dated however very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room itself was decent, bed was stiff. Staff was kind and helpful. Elevator kind of worked. I suspect there are permanent residents on the first floor, just a guess. Parking lot is their front yard so to speak. Very commercial area. XXX club next door and storage of moving trucks lent to a seedy vibe. The rate isn't that cheap and "nicer" hotels next door too so kind of unexpected. I probably would not choose this again, but for a solo traveller for one night it wasn't terrible by any means.

Room really needs to be updated. People were knocking on doors until 4 in the morning. When we mentioned this to the front office, we were told oh there was a concert in town.

The rooms were very clean, however, they didn't have enough staff on during the day or even at night to accommodate things like getting fresh towels for a fresh day, they only had one ice machine that was working down on the first floor. The rest were broken. But overall not a bad place
