What a truly lovely stay in this beautiful hotel tucked away in a square. It was faultless. Thank you to all the lovely staff too. We highly recommend. I'm vegan and the food was scrumptious. 💚

Poor management. Ok hotel. Room a bit tired.

The hotel is looking a bit tired. The manager was terrible. Rude. Imposed himself on his staff. I felt sorry for his team and it left a sour taste. I asked to upgrade 1 of the 2 nights i was there and he kept being rude about it. I was just trying to have a nice evening with my wife whilst she was in London.

I loved my time at this hotel and the surrounding Charterhouse Square area. Everyone on staff was very kind, and the room itself was clean and modern held to a very high standard. The hotel’s location is amazing in you’re looking to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.
