Great weekend in London.

Absolutely fantastic stay for a trip to London. Great location. Fantastic staff who were helpful and friendly. Room was super with great amenities. Restaurant food was great. Choice and portion size. Spa was good and a bonus. Great extra touches such as water / fruit.

Hotel was fine and night crew worked to make our check in stressless after a bad day of travel ( Air France booked us with asigned TVG sea0ts scnd class Lill to Paris for flight London, TVG train late then broke down and had to ne replaced...we missed our flight and waited in line over an hour to repace air for 9:00 p.m (last flight of day). In leonard at 11p.m ish...fine but not what expecting...as checking out Yoanita tried vvery hard to change perception which raised our rating a level because she gave impression she really cared.
