We arrived three hours before the check-in time. To leave our luggage in the lobby while we waited, they charged a fee. I chose to pay £15 to access the room earlier instead of £9 just to store the bags. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, they said I needed to register and accept the terms and conditions. While signing up, I realized that I was actually enrolling in ALL, the company that manages the hotel chain, whereas the regular Wi-Fi only required connecting with an email. At no point did the receptionist inform me that I was signing up for a membership program. The room is small, and the cleaning was poorly done. The faucet was dirty, among other things. Because of my flight departure time, I needed to leave my bags at the reception while I had lunch on the same street, and they charged £9 to store them in the lobby. Again. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was located close to the start of the London Marathon and that was a big plus for me.

The bathroom lighting is a complete disaster. Two tiny strip lights embedded in the mirror are hopeless. I would get more light from a couple of candles. Impossible to see enough to shave by or comb my hair. Apart from that, the hotel was what I would have expected.

Bathroom light too dim

We really enjoyed our stay - the only issue was that the bathroom light (along each end of the mirror) was very dim, it needs another brighter light too so that you have the option of which to use.

Great location for London stay away from the city.

Excellent location - close to Greenwich Park, Maritime Museum etc. Good transport connections including Thames Clippers & DLR etc. So many great eating places nearby. Room was pretty good - nice & quiet - but the bed was a bit "lumpy" & really creaked a lot just getting in/out etc.! Pillows were a disappointment. Everything else was ok, although the shower, whilst reasonable, wasn't particularly powerful so took quite a while to rinse my long hair when I washed it. We have stayed at the Greenwich Ibis before and will no doubt do so again.

Visiting family in Greenwich, this is very well located. Close to the vibrant market area, it was still quiet and we were able to relax. The room was a little compact , but comfortable for a one night stay
