Small but perfectly formed..................

One night stay to catch early morning Eurostar. Sinle rooms are in the basement, down 2 flights of stairs but the single room is an example of containing everything well designed in a small space - and there's even a window into a light well. Finishes in the room are immaculate, even the bathroom, considering what the designers had to fit into a small space. Only criticism was the noise from the guests on the upper floors who seemed to be having an impromptu concert party in the wee small hours, but I suppose, that's London for you

Property was perfectly located to the tube and international trains. Room was clean and spacious for Europe. Good there was a big fan as it was extremely hot as room did not have a/c.

The wonderful Lina helped me with my esim and made me feel so welcome. The chap on checkout was super helpful too. Such a nice quiet location, yet so close to st pancreas and an amazing french bakery around the corner. Look forward to my next stay.

It was really, really small room, that is fine. Very hot, couldn‘t stay in the room until midnight. I think it was abnormally hot that is why. I payed too much for that condition of room But location, service was good

I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room we stayed in. It turned out to be a basement room, which we were not informed of prior to our arrival. We had to carry our luggage down a narrow staircase, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room on two consecutive days without knocking, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy. The worst part, however, was the awful smell coming from the bathroom—it was overwhelming and made me feel physically ill. We developed sore throats the following morning, which lingered during our stay but disappeared as soon as we left the hotel and the city. This raises serious concerns about the livability of the room and the overall health and safety standards of the hotel. I would strongly urge management to review these conditions with the unknown or known issues in the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location that’s only a short walk away from major train stations, & the staff is friendly, accommodating and very helpful! The rooms are quaint but well updated. Although the rooms are small, this is to be expected in Europe and they still had absolutely everything you need even for a longer term stay. We would absolutely book here again for the location convenience, but also the comfort of the hotel.

I was exhausted from my flight and train ride to Kings Cross, and was immediately greeted by the kindest front desk staff. It’s always nice to connect with people when arriving in a new place, and I appreciated the care that I was shown! The room was small and cozy - just what I needed as a solo traveler with jetlag. Everything was spotless clean and well taken care of. Great location if you’re arriving through the train station as it is literally right now the street. Was very appreciative of that. Thank you for a great stay!

Single room is basically a closet in the basement.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very nice. The room was so small. I’m not even sure it was legal sized. It wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in either. It was just not a good value for the money that I paid.

We only stayed one night and everything was brilliant. Check-in was speedy and smooth. The room exceeded our expectations so clean with a comfy bed and lovely bed linen. Fantastic big towels and good quality shower gel. There are two minor gripes and I can't see how the hotel can do anything about them. We were on the lower floor and the staircase to get down is quite narrow and steep. The other thing that didn't bother us but might be something to consider is that we had a room for 3 for the two of us. If we had had more luggage I think it would have been a bit of a squeeze. Despite these tiny things we have already recommended the hotel to a few people.
