It was a rather disappointing experience as the rooms and corridors were not cleaned properly. It is not what is said on the web site. Staff does not help with transportation information nor hotel provides any services. Staff was courteous but they can do what they are told to do.

Poor location for an “airport” hotel. Tedious to get to especially with luggage. It’s about 20 mins from the airport depending on the terminal. The rooms are not well cleaned - our shower was filled with hair, couldn’t even be bother to run the water at least so it appears cleans. The amenities also poor. No water, adapters. Would not recommend. Try your luck with another airport hotel, there’s plenty at Heathrow.

We stayed here for 1 night with our school age children because we had an early international flight departure. The hotel lobby was trendy and had a restaurant/bar, a shuffle board table and a self serve convenience store. Our room was pretty small and had limited luggage space with the pull out couch in the room. The bathroom felt dated, but it provided us hot shower and bath time, and it was just fine for the night. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and we didn't hear any plane noise. We didn't use the hotel air shuttle (which I read mixed reviews and is run by a third party). Instead, we just walked 10 min to the subway stop and took the free subway to terminal 5. We left at 6:30am for our 10:00am international flight and made it with plenty of time.
