Avis général.

Convenable. Isolation à revoir car malgré le chauffage on avait froid. Propreté générale à revoir surtout la cuisine qui présentait du matériel mal nettoyé voir pas nettoyé du tout, très gras (casseroles rangées avec de l'huile dedans, carton gras avec cuillère en bois non lavée rangés, casseroles toutes rayées=>à changer impérativement etc). Sols sales globalement. Dommage. J'ai pris des photos mais je ne les posterai pas. Propriétaire globalement accessible.
