I could connect to wifi but could not login to access the internet. I called down to the front desk and was told that someone would be sent up. No one ever came or called. Free Wifi was one of the things I looked for when booking.

I have never stayed at a hotel quite like this. The staff /front desk clerk was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. The accomodations were disgusting and just a horrible place to stay. I lasted about 20 minutes before I realized I could not last another second. I would strongly recommend not to waste your money. Unfortunately, I wish the front desk person would find somewhere better suited for his personality - he definitely deserves better.

Renovations and improvements!

They are renovating the hotel, the new rooms are much nicer and more modern. They also have recently renovated the front of the building. I imagine they are waiting for the renovations to finish to fix the parking lot, as there are craters that make it a hazard to drive through. Both entrances have massive pot holes but the city has torn up Wellington road and are expanding it which is why i think there are such bad road conditions everywhere in London and I don’t blame days inn, they probably want to wait until all the work is done to correct it otherwise it will happen again - just be careful pulling in (and driving anywhere in London, there are times it was dark and raining and I hit a pothole and was convinced my car would be damaged, they are just so terrible there right now!). Anyway the staff is always super friendly, the night front desk agent always remembers my name and everything I tell him and he follows up on prior conversations, there are such nice people working there and any issue I have had has been attended to immediately.
