Convenient for an overnight stay before early flight at terminal 4. Foot bridge provides direct access to the terminal which makes getting to the airport a breeze. Room was clean, nice shower amenities, however handwash was empty so I had to step into the shower tans use the body wash when washing hands.

Not enough staff on reception on arrival, with a queue forming. Staff milling around, but not checking people in. Room clean and comfortable, what you expect from an airport hotel. Bar is a bit soul-less and very expensive.

Rooms great - service disappointing

Fourth stay at this hotel. The room was perfect. Restaurant for dinner was fabulous. Very large portions. Unfortunately, the front desk at checkin ordered a cab to take us and four large bags to terminal 2. The cab called could barely fit one suitcase. Then scrambled to get to checkin for an international flight waiting forty minutes past scheduled time.
