Courtyard Marriott was there for us during the recent tube strike in London. We had to cancel our hotel in Kensington as there was no way to get to it, and we had an upcoming flight home to the states. Their proximity to the Elizabeth line and shuttle to the hotel perfectly positioned us to prevail in a difficult situation . The staff is amazing and the rooms comfortable ( and less expensive than London). Their viewing areas of Heathrow flights was fun and we would stay there again: maybe instead of London from now on. Thank you Courtyard Marriott!

Property was good but have two complaints…better food options to include the little options at the desk and transportation. If the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport that would make it an excellent hotel even if it was a few
