This was the worst hotel stay ever. How this hotel qualifies to be a 4 star is beyond belief. It is damp and mouldy, and in a very shoddy state of repair

Booked a room in the double room and im afraid it was pretty noisy as you could hear whatever was going on in the other room. But soundproofing against other rooms is superb. The aircon is not good but the heating is very good Gym is good Breakfast is good variety Room is very clean, sheets are very clean no dust Overall the pros outweigh the cons

The staff were wonderful. Abdul went above and beyond. The room was great and the hotel is in a very convenient location for travellers. Walking distance to some tourist attractions and very close to a tube station. We would stay here again in the future!

Good location but an ordinary hotel

I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check-in, they need more staff at reception, this is a very large hotel and very busy. Bathroom suite was outdated for a 4 star hotel. Trains run on the back of the hotel so there is noise from trains passing regularly.
