I had a fantastic stay at Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden Holborn. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of London, with Covent Garden, the West End theatres, and Holborn station all just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. The room was modern, spotless, and well-designed for both work and relaxation. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and little touches like the complimentary water stations on each floor were a big plus. Everything felt geared towards making the stay as smooth as possible. Staff were welcoming and efficient throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and I found everyone genuinely helpful, whether it was answering questions or giving local recommendations. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional, and it really does feel like a “home base” in London rather than just a hotel. For business trips or city breaks, this place ticks all the boxes. Overall, Club Quarters Holborn offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience in one of the best locations in London. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The biggest pain was the lifts. One was out of order and the other took so long and was then full, that after waiting for what seemed like ages, we went and found the stairs.

One lift was broken so it took ages to get to your room and I couldn’t find the stairs. The room was very dark and the electricity didn’t work properly so we couldn’t use the air con.

Everything about the hotel and staff was very good. Location was very good for walking distance and transportation to see all the highlights. Just outside the hotel were a lot of homeless people being fed which is good but they left a lot of garbage on the streets.

Very noisy, walls very thin, we could feel the next doors late night antics against our bed. Loud doors slamming through the night felt more like a bnb than a 4* hotel in the heart of London. Barely slept and not worth the price we paid.
