Room had a used towel on top of the shelves and there were many hairs on the pillows. The staff at the front were kind.

Heating went off room was freezing. Dirty and grubby I didn’t expect much because it was cheap. I understand that but it was awful. Beware they want cash for the parking £20 for the night will only take cash.

It is what it is a budget hotel which needs updating but for one night it was fine. The beds are terrible and springs from the mattresses dig in but you get what you pay for

Awful stay. Stay away.

This hotel is awful. Smells bad. Dated furnishings. No soap in bathroom. Shower head falling off. View of derelict properties.. list goes on - and I paid £120 a night

Parking was £20 to literally just put outside of the front door. There was a very unpleasant smell during the stay. There was one microwave at the bottom of the stairs to heat your food which didn’t look clean. Very unhappy with the stay for the price paid.

Ideal room for a single traveller. Bed mattress needs changing. It was quiet enough. Not much of a view from a window to a roof and a bit of petrol station. The area around the hotel looks dirty, but hotel itself is clean. Lack of kettle in the room has been replaced with a communial kettle in the foyer.

Shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the room basic but enough comfort for us. There were no tea / coffee equipment in the room but you could make it downstairs if required. Shower was small but clean. Overall value for money spent.

Cheap budget hotel

It was fine for one night and room was quiet and clean. The only complaint was no refreshments in the room, it is shared with the guest, via a kettle, paper cups and basic refreshments in the reception area
