Very clean hotel in a convenient location. Most of the staff friendly. However, anyone who is taller and/or heavier than average should know that the showers are very small and not so easy to even turn around in.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Brit Hotel! The Hotel Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, polite and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a double room and everything was perfect, extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved having a mini fridge and also the tea and coffee making facilities. The outside of the property and surrounding area was the perfect location with lots of public transport options close by but also easily walkable to lots of the main tourist points and attractions. We would 100% stay again. Thank you.

Bathroom grief

Update of the former Olave House. The Double room is comfortable for a single traveler, but the bathroom redesign has a huge flaw. The toilet is placed within an inch of a tiled wall. I am a smaller sized man, but yet my bum and thigh were wedged against the cold tile. The desk agent confirmed all rooms are similar. I found it was better to use public toilets in museums. I tried to add photo, but app wasn't working.

Decent place

My husband & I stayed here for a night. It was very clean , the staff was fine. There are a ton of stairs leading to all the rooms. E did not have a problem as we are both easily able to get around. But our AC unit started leaking pretty soon after getting in our room. When we advised staff, they put a bucket under it (as it was still leaking) & said they will fix it in the morning. It was around 6 pm so that was a bit annoying. Nothing was comped for us. Overall the stay was nice.

Nice location but very small room.

The smallest room that you could possibly put a double bed in, although bed was comfortable. Did not like having £150 taken as a deposit. No BBC Iplayer on the apps on tv. Only ITV and 4. Room was expensive for the size

Perfect for someone doing a solo trip on a budget. Super comfortable, safe, and clean. Staff is hilarious and so friendly. Shout out to Abdul, the incredible late night front desk attendant. Also, you are so close to Earls Court tube station which had the District and Piccadilly lines, so you can get anywhere quickly. Can’t recommend enough. *Do NOT book higher floors if you require an elevator*

Great choice near Earls Court tube stop

Great place - clean, convenient. Smallish room but that’s to be expected. Free coffee, tea and water (still and sparkling) in the lobby is a nice touch. Would come again for sure
