Great

Beautiful room, lovely service, the restaurant had halal options and the wings were amazing. Sulaiman tended to all our needs and was great. The hotel is right next to the tube station and bus stops so easy to get everywhere. The only thing is the aircon is max 26 degrees and kept turning off so was a bit cold during the night and our room was next to some train tracks so a little noisy but would definitely stay here again if I’m in west London.

I originally booked in for one night. I staued for longer and went away for 2 weeks and checked in again. I stay in hotels all around the world and this is possibly my favorite. The staff are just absolutely fantastic, their warmth is contagipus. The rooms are also warm and extremely comfortable. Oof'ys restaurant, which is inside the hotel is really good and has dishes for every taste and you will not find a better restaurant for miles in any direction. It is right opposite the tube station which is a mere few stops to Heathrow. Parking is so easy of you are driving and I can not think of a better hotel in a dozen countries that offers the services and wonderful staf, food and rooms for the exeptional prices. I will not be staying anywhere else in london, as long as they have the rooms, which they are very helpful with. A dream hotel.

Not great

There was an issue finding my booking when we went to check in, when we eventually got into our room is was freezing cold and there was an issue with the heating. Breakfast was awful, as was the service in the restaurant. The overall condition of the hotel was pretty poor. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

This is our second stay at the hotel which is ideally situated for both Heathrow airport and central london with excellent bus and tube connections. The hotel is clean and tidy and beds comfy. The staff are fabulous and go above and beyond to help with whatever questions you have. We ate at the adjoining restaurant Oofys again and Zico was brilliant, fast and friendly service and he makes the most amazing cocktails! Also thanks to Sandeep on reception for finding the ideal room for us. Looking forward to next stay!

We wanted somewhere to stay that was not far from the airport as we had an early flight next morning. And was only 30min tube ride to the West End. Hotel was just opposite Northfields tube station so ideal and convenient for what we wanted to do. Only down side was the station has no escalators/lift, but only has one set of stairs to platform. All staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant looked nice but we did not sample the menu as we had a booking in the West End.

The staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. It is a short walk to the tube and there is also a bus stop nearby. It is conveniently situated between Heathrow and London via the tube. There are also several great restaurants close by.

This may seem minor, but to me it is not. This hotel has great pillows. It is so hard these days to find hotel pillows that are not so thick and hard that they cause neck problems. Finally, a hotel that gets it. The location is fantastic for traveling to Central London or to Heathrow. The staff are awesome.

Very Poor Quality with Noise

This hotel is maybe in the worst shape I’ve ever seen a hotel. All the carpets are dirty mirrors in the room are cracked. There is no sound protection for the windows so if you are on the street it feels like you were on the street and if you are facing the subway, it is so loud. Almost every piece of furniture is in bad shape. The entire hotel is so dirty with so many stains that it is shocking. The staff is amazing and are very accommodating, but the hotel needs an investment to make it look nice. It was embarrassing to stay here.

Nice place. Good people. The heating in my room was faulty (only blew cold!) But the reception staff were quick to come up and sort it out. My biggest problem however was the lack of parking. The nearest place was around 100m away and cost £15 for the night. I don't mind the charge, but I like my car to be outside the place I'm staying. Not in some dark public car park where I can't see it!

The location is sooo convenient. Could hear the train but it wasn't bothersome. Good coffee shops nearby too. Not fancy but perfect for a quick run into London; would stay again.
