The plant lobby with cool decor that smelled so nice when you walked in the door! The super friendly and helpful staff, having a human at the front desk 24/7. The coffee shop in the lobby to get an awesome cappuccino. Kitchenette in the room and washing machine, loved that. Goid sized, high quality refrigerator In the room (although no freezer compartment ). There is a dishwasher though ours didn’t work, but the sink and sponge and dish soap made doing dishes easy. Aircon worked great, essential for us in August. Bus comes right outside the door. There’s a Sainsbury local little grocery store a five minute walk after turning right out of the lobby. A wonderful Turkish restaurant in the courtyard next to Sainsburys. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Two parks within two minute walk to either side. We walked to tour Tower of London. Overall a delightful place, highly recommended. Special shoutout to Zach and Stanley in reception for helpfulness

This hotel was great. Clean, comfortable and the location was great. The staff was incredible. We stayed here for 10 days so the staff got to know us and we would chat with them daily. If we had to make a minor complaint it would be the location of our room. We were on the ground floor behind the kitchen of the restaurant so we could smell the food cooking. This room location also had a terrace that opened into a courtyard which we loved. So it was worth while. We also ate at the restaurant one night it was convenient and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had an accessible shower which was missing a gasket on the bottom of one of the glass panels. When we showered water flowed the bathroom and out into the hallway outside the bathroom. We had problems with the electrical outlets. We asked several times but no one came and helped.

I traveled with 2 elderly parents at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is at a great location to walk to london bridge and walk along the river! It was very quiet and peaceful, we had really good night sleep. Staff was friendly and very accommodating and the room had all of the things we needed. Perfect stay, I would stay here again if I visit london again. Thank you
