Stayed for the play off final, cracking location and the hotel even got in touch just to ask about check in due to the game, good standard, comfy and perfect place to stay for that kind of trip!

Wouldn't recommend.

Lots of rubbish and fly tipping outside the building. Very small double room. Lots of fluff and dust around the room. However, the staff were very friendly and it was in a somewhat convenient distance from Paddington and Soho.

Very convenient to Paddington Station. Family room is completely adequate for an affordable and convenient family stay in London. Stuff was accommodating with check in time and holding luggage.

Its located close to paddington station and places to eat, but it is an older hotel so it lacks modern conveniences, itll get the job done for a good nights sleep since your most likely out and about in london.

So bad I had to leave.

This hotel is dangerous and a health hazard. I’ve been in touch via a sent and am waiting for a response from hotel. Booked 2 nights but stayed only 1 night. Due to condition of the hotel (I use the term hotel loosely) I could not face staying another night after check-in and the room general safety and hygiene issues.

Absolutely filthy. The smallest room floors were sticky. Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Bathroom was terrible all tiles cracked and broken. No holder thing for the shower so had to hold it to shower. Rats running around outside. 0/10 absolutely won’t ever be coming back

The room was laid out nice and we had a new travel cot supplied, but the mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable and there were dark hairs all over the bedding, the room was very hot, the fan didn’t have the front part on it and it was too noisy to leave the doors/windows open overnight, the net and the curtains didn't fit the windows/doors properly, so the light shined in all night. It was very difficult getting the pram up and downstairs and staff watched and didn't offer to help, they did help with taking our luggage to be stored though. Nice to have fruit and a water dispenser in reception. The hotel does need a spruce up though.
