Room and the bathroom were clean. Although one of the beds, the sheet had an odd stain on it , thank God we had two queen beds so we didn't use that bed. However, the room is def outdated. The TV is so old it felt like I was watching TV while someone was holding an antenna outside!! For those who don't know what an antenna is please Google haha. Hardly any channels. And the picture itself was not clear!!! And yes, I know who watches TV in Moab, well after a long day of hike when you just want to relax, I want to watch some tv. The bed now...a the mattress was comfortable but the bed itself woukd creak when you simply turned! Like full on creaky noise. The wifi was horrible. The location was great.

This was our second time staying here and the experience was great both times. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to receive a code in advance for the door instead of picking up a key or card in the office allowing us to arrive late and go straight to our room.

Location was amazing and the views were spectacular. However, there was little information provided about HOW to access this place. It was 17 miles from the main road on extremely rough terrain, with narrow roads, dangerous curves, no service, and no clear road signs. We were able to make it and my husband's car fortunately was able to make it, but it was seriously not appropriate for this trip and it felt very unsafe. This is out of control for the owner of the place, but there was no mention of this critical piece of information beforehand, and it felt like we were misled. Also, the room was just a bedroom from the man's house. He was very sweet but there seems to be some information that was left out in a way that I felt uncomfortable being there. Had I known better, I would have chosen a different reservation, or tried to make sure I have adequate transportation at the very least. If you stay here, the views are incredible BUT, know what you are getting into.

This was the most ideal property for exploring Moab. It felt like coming home as opposed to a hotel. BOOK
