Pool needs fixed We have a family reunion every year and the pool has been down for 3 years now will plan next year ahead and stay at the park lodge this is ridiculous 3 years

Well worth staying here.

I'm always on the lookout for hidden gems when it comes to hotels. And this could be one added to my list. Location is terrific. Only a few minutes off the 119, or a leisurely drive through the State Park, this hotel offers more than ample accommodation and dining opportunity. Ideal for hikers and those seeking trail adventures, the Lodge is more than adequate to meet your needs. Pleasant staff and very clean.

Tv didn’t work, asked for help still didn’t work. Room key quit working several times Kids wanted to swim - we have the hotel until 11 so we packed up our stuff to check out but let the kids swim a little before left front desk lady super rude said if I had check we would have to leave after I said I was trying to let them have our room to clean we just want to swim, if you check out you can’t swim .. rudeness

The lodge is getting older, with maintenance working on replacing some siding, trim outside,and just age related general repairs. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the Lodge has a relaxing atmosphere, while all staff are welcoming and friendly. I consider it a great place to stay, especially for visitors who enjoy 4- wheeling the Hatfield-McCoy Trails

This is a beautiful hotel in a very quiet area off the main road but easily accessed. The staff was extremely helpful. Upon arriving our TV wasn't working, but a maintenance worker was at our door in just minutes and had the issue resolved quickly. We didn't utilize the complimentary breakfast, but it appeared to be much better than the average hotel. Highly recommend this property.
