Really lovely hotel, perfect for a few days to retreat and relax, or use as a base to explore the island more (with a car). Helpful, friendly staff, good food options - would love to see vegan/ vegetarian options clearly labeled though

Fantastic ambience and decor, smells amazing. Rooms large and comfortable, service/staff excellent. A little remote so would suggest a car but great that’s what you’re looking for as it’s peaceful and no traffic or other properties nearby. Around the pool - there is a loud (guessing) Spin or HIIT class 10-12 but that was the only noise we encountered. Poss would benefit from a sunbed/pool ambience upgrade to match the chic hotel interiors but it was still really nice.

Exceptional

The complex is phenomenal - great for golfers and families alike. We stayed with our two kids, the outside pool area is nestled a stones throw away from the main restaurant area, but it has its own pool bar which serves drinks and snacks. There is a small pool inside and gym with modern equipment - you can take a run along a beach with the screen of the treadmill showing you the path! The quality of the public areas of the hotel and the rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The service at the hotel is exceptional, but hey it's a Marriott!! In terms of location, it's 15-20 mins by car from the airport but not affected by the flight path, and 25 mins to Palma. If the hotel complex fits your budget, you'll have zero regrets in booking it.

Hotel Hacienda family holiday stay.

The hotel reception staff were very friendly. Especially the lovely man who checked us in it's a pity l can't remember his name.The only thing l would suggest to improve is that the host for the breakfast to smile and be less abrupt. The lady who did our taster menu dinner was absolutely fantastic couldn't do enough for us, made the whole experience super special. Also the lady with red hair at the pool bar very lovely welcoming and patient. On the whole our stay was exceptionally good. I Especially loved the breakfast, great options l would say for everyone. I would definitely return.

Decent but room for further improvement.

Food was decent four star but not five star level. Staff very friendly. Rooms were wonderfully renovated but unfortunately extremely noisy due to thin walls / connecting doors. Almost no privacy in that regard.

The hotel is perfect for a quiet escape. The pool and gardens are lovely with lots of beds and places to lounge. The pool bar is great with a great cocktail menu. There are so many places to sit and just reflect and a beautiful inner courtyard. We used taxis to get into Palma and to the beach rather than hiring a car so it was a bit more costly. The hotel food was fine but the range was somewhat limited. Breakfast was really good. Our room was perfect, with 2 queen beds, large bathroom and a terrace onto a garden area. We made very good use of the 'spa' area which includes a sauna, steam room and indoor wellness pool. You can request treatments - there is one treatment room.

Thank you so much to all the excellent staff at the hotel who made our trip so memorable and enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and clean, the breakfast and dinner were excellent and the pool lovely.
