RUDE!!!!!

When we checked in, ariund 10 pm, there was a pit bull loose in the hotel and barked at everyone that walked in the door, front desk said he didn’t know who it belonged to. The next morning we took my husband’s service dog that I told the front desk about when I checked in! We took him to the room to to eat breakfast in the lobby. When we got back to our room which was just down the haul, I had a message that I needed to call the manager. I called and he informed me that our service dog was barking viciously at the door and very rudly told me they were not pet friendly and that he wasn’t a service dog because he barks! The maid was in the room next door and told my husband she knocked on our door and he started to bark and she apologized for knocking on the wrong door! Needless to say we will nit be back to this location and we will turn the very rude manager into the ADA!

The only complaint I have is the air conditioner rattled a lot and sounded like a helicopter taking off. Then noise didn’t bother me but bothered my husband. Other than that, I was more than pleased with our stay!

It was very quiet in my room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast food was not hot and the back door stayed unlocked the whole time I was there.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any requests truly enhanced my stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean. The common areas, hallways, and especially my room were spotless, with fresh linens and a crisp, inviting atmosphere. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. One of the highlights of my stay was the full breakfast offered each morning. The selection was diverse and satisfying, featuring a variety of hot and cold options to cater to different tastes. The food was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day.
