Have stayed at Hamptons before and have never had this experience. I had dirty wet pillow cases in the chair at the desk. The chair was pushed under the desk so I only saw it when I went to sit in the chair then realized the entire chair was wet and I could not use it at all. I also had some sort of black hair in the bottom of the shower. I went to Walmart and bought cleaner before I used it. Really gross.
This was an excellent stay, and when visiting family in the area, this will be our home away from home. The room was so clean, and the breakfast was your typical HI breakfast. However, the breakfast host replenished everything until 10 a.m. because we ate late.
The aesthetics of this hotel were unique and well kept! Kudos to all of the staff—from the front desk to the hard-working staff behind the scenes who make it a wonderful stay. Shout out to the cleaning staff and the breakfast host guy! You all take pride in your gem of a hotel, and it shows.
Got off to a rough start having to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge i was at the front desk. Only one elevator was working, my mom that was traveling in a wheel chair we had to wait awhile for enough room to use the elevator.
Our room was very clean and well kept! Everything hung was stocked, the fitness room and as clean and nice! The cleaning ladies were amazing and very helpful! We will more than likely stay there again while traveling to Little Rock!
It was clean and nice! Very quiet and comfortable for me and my family! Staff were awesome and so caring! Definitely recommend to anyone with a family.
I have been traveling south since i got my license back in 1999 and I have stay at multiple hotels different brand names but hampton inn has alway been a great choice the rooms are always clean neat and dont have funky smells
