Room smell like smoke and mold I immediately turned around and told front desk I couldn’t sleep in there she knew it smell like smoke because she made a comment about others saying the same thing she gave me another room which was outdated but it was better than the other one I definitely would not go back

The staff were excellent under the conditions, but there was no apparent managerial support. Only one staff member worked at a time and had to juggle everything. Half the electricity in my room did not work. My door did not close by itself, causing a safety concern. Keep looking.

Some of the towels seemed to be unwashed. No coffee cups in room, although there was coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location near hospitals. Above average breakfast. Good price.

Room 400

The FRIENDLIEST STAFF! Latonya was the only reason I gave it any stars. We booked a total of 3 rooms among the family. Room 400 was absolutely the worst. First observation was the door opened outward. There was probably 30 can lights in the ceiling and no way to turn them on. Moldy bathroom and bad smelling. Visually run down. Terrible sound came from the bathroom lights when on. Bed was not comfortable and did not appear to be a nice clean look. Did not sleep well due to lack of a comfortable feel. Stayed because my dad was having open heart surgery and we all needed to be close. Please give room 400 some attention. I thought maybe it was an old hospital room or nurses station in the past.

I have stayed here to be with family member in the hospital. It is within easy walking distance of the hospital but they have a shuttle if you need it. It is older but appears clean. They have a good breakfast selection. The cost is reasonable. There are restaurants and shopping across University but you need to be aware if you are walking.
