Clean and would definitely recommend.

Location, facility and amenities 4 stars. The front desk guy Scottie was either not happy with his job, or didn't get the playbook to Midwest customer service like so many other people. Other parties were great...

We found blood stains on two pillow cases and a blanket. They were definitely not cleaned or changed between guests. Also found out the pool was closed while we were there, we did not know this prior. We have stayed multiple times and always enjoyed but this time was just different/dirty.

Close meaning in the heart of the U of MN and surrounded by the stadiums. with access to the light rail and bus directly in front of the hotel.

We loved the friendly staff and the beautiful building. They have a historic bar and lovely patio which are both wonderful places to soak up the atmosphere.

We have stayed here before and am always impressed by the convenience of how close it is to all the things we love about Minneapolis. The hotel every visit has been super clean and staff super friendly and helpful

We’ve stayed here a couple years in a row for a large annual car show in area. Knowing that their parking lot may overflow with show cars, they arrange for extra parking at business across the street, which we did utilize this year and appreciated. Property is clean, pool was warm, hot tub was great, staff friendly. My only complaint is that both years we’ve made requests in our reservations (made months in advance), to have our three rooms close to each other. Even with reserving all rooms under one account and noting in all room notes for special request, all 3 rooms were on different floors and opposite areas of hotel. All rooms were basic double queens.
