Hotel was fancy but also very clean and comfortable. Parking was pricey but it is downtown so not surprising. Rooms were quiet and had the right amount of space and amenities. Staff was always friendly.

There is something magical about art deco. This hotel comes with a story and class. This is boutique done right, especially in Lincoln where all things are Huskers and Husker-adjacent. I will stay again.

We liked it overall - good location, very helpful staff. The mattress was not very comfortable, the bathroom sink is very small so we were always splashing on the floor. The shower head was installed way too high so we got water all over the floor when we showered. You need to pay for parking - either park your own at a garage or they have a valet for a daily fee.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking especially on game days or days with events in the area. There is only a limited amount of parking in the garage for hotel guests. On game day the garage was full and i was unable to park. I had to drive a couple blocks down in a different garage and walk back to the hotel. Thankfully the weather was nice. You can valet but on event days they charge $75. Other than that i have no complaints. The hotel is unique for lincoln NE. I would definitely stay here again.
