Very nice older hotel with clean room and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was great, right outside our door. I would definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a nice economical place to stay. Its close to many sought after outdoor recreational sites.

Well located for Franconia State Park and Cannon Mountain Tram. Staff was very accommodating. Our room had a deck overlooking the trees. Property is a bit dated but OK, and a good value.

Bugs running rampart in the bathroom, plugged sink and mattress base was stained. Overall room did not project an air of cleanliness with an overall feeling of lack of care and attention.

We had stayed here several years before, and we were just as pleased this stay as the previous one. The motel is conveniently located to Lincoln, N. Woodstock, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, and other attractions. The motel was clean and quiet. We would be happy to go back if we are ever in the area again.

Two day stay in August was great! We had a very nice, updated room on the first floor, and we were pleased with the service. The swimming pool was perfect. The hotel staff was exception, and they were very accommodating. A short drive to all the great restaurants in town. For a bargain hotel this is at the top of my list!

The room was clean and the property was kept up. My only complaint is there is no room service. So if you want coffee and clean cups plus clean towels I suggest you get them in the morning before you leave unless you plan on being back early enough to get them in the evening. Also if you prefer to have a madeup bed you'll have to do that yourself.
