Lily Lake Vacation Packages

Same as I've mention before. A very good place to rest after a long trip, in my case with a motorcycle.

Room was clean. Was nice bed. Hallways were dark .

Our room is definitely above the average. We enjoyed a salmon dinner in the restaurant. It was perfect. The only negative comment is that on weekends breakfast is not served until 8:00 a.m.

The property was nice! Breakfast was good. Although ends to early, I feel they weren't prepared for the influx of people with the hotel being sold out. There were multiple sports teams at all the hotels this weekend. There was also a huge conference. It promptly was over at 9 and people were waiting for food that was already gone at 830. ( I feel the staff did the best they could ) but especially in those events where they know hey it's a very busy time we should prepare. The amenities were good. The pool was great. It only takes 1 to ruin it!. Which some kids were being unsafe and after a complaint the staff came and dealt but after that there was alot of aggressive behavior from 1 staff member. They were hard to heard and didn't speak to any parents who were in there actually managing their kids and just blanketed everyone. It made it a bit stressful. Rooms were nice upto dated. Something was off with the electrical. If the kitchen?/entry lights were on, the bathroom lights would work. If they were off it would not!. Minus the hiccups I would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights with multiple families for a lacrosse tournament. It’s a massive old heritage building, the inside structure is pretty cool but from the outside it looks run down. Amenities: The pool is pretty small, the hotub and sauna were not functioning. Indoor creek thing needs serious attention. Quite a few areas for folks to gather and hangout. Room: we had a king, it was comfy, quiet, slept well. Bathroom needs serious updating but served its purpose. We had a microwave and fridge. A/C worked well. Bring slippers, no idea when the last time they cleaned the carpets was, some rooms had laminate. Housekeeping was weird… they would come and change only one of the garbage cans and leave fresh towels but not make the bed or leave a new toilet paper. Strict with towels, even rooms with 3 beds were given only 2 towels. Food: breakfast is very basic, toast, pancakes, yogurt, fruit. Restaurant is Indian cuisine, good butter chicken. Oakfire Grill across the street was fantastic. Some questionable folks in and outside the building, but that seems to be an anywhere in PG kinda thing. Tons of parking. Easy walking distance to Boston pizza, dollar store, Starbucks and some other fast food restaurants. If we had limited options yes I would stay there again, but I’ll look at the Prestige or Coast Hotel first.
