After booking, you are informed of the additional cost of pool beds. Which I have never experienced before, we booked the hotel as it had a pool, otherwise would have used the extra for a hotel by the beach, which we ended up doing anyway. Walls are paper thin. Public transport is okay but not great. Lots of dust under bed, and on vent above bedroom door. Overall, it does not compare to any other 4 star hotels I have experienced. And is of a worse standard than some 3 star hotels I have stayed in.

The WiFi did not work well for us and the bidet was the only thing available in the room after using the toilet (no toilet paper). Our stay was very short so we did not get to experience the breakfast. The room was clean, but very small.

We stayed in a deluxe suite- 2 levels and THE largest 2 bathrooms we have ever seen in our European travels. We were able to check in early after a long hot walk from the train station which was greatly appreciated. Front desk staff was super helpful with many tips on places to visit, eat, and drink. Plus they were always there to help ( couldn’t unlock our door). Main part of our room was upstairs with a comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a long shelf like table overlooking the downstairs. Lots of amenities in the bathrooms. Small fridge stocked with a few beverages. Shag carpet going up the stairs. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options.

We had a great stay. The hotel is conveniently near the Old city and close to the train station. Our room (quadruple) was great for the main bedroom; the second room had a sofabed, both with air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was of great quality and quantify. Everything was clean.

Hotel location provides convenient access to public transportation such as bus and Bologna Central Station. It makes traveling and visiting other neighboring cities convenient. The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly, kind and helpful. Most importantly, they are proficient in English which makes ease of communication for foreign travelers. Customer service is great and they go beyond to making breakfast box for guests who need to travel early outside of breakfast operation hours. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for travelers who need to visit other cities and based on Bologna.

Great place- modern and well designed. Breakfast was yummy with a comfy seating corner. Only suggestion would be if the property could upgrade their pillows- the bed was quite comfy for a good night sleep. Thank you!
