Location and atmosphere was phenomenal. Loved it. The village environment is great and definitely immersed you in the Ferrari world - great for racing fans. Property could use some upkeep, and maybe a bit of a once over but otherwise, great stay. Rooms were very spacious.

Most modern hotel that I’ve found in the Bologna area, staff are excellent

I stayed 4 nights in a clean, comfortable and quiet room. The temperature outside was in the mid-30s C every day but the room had aircon and I slept very well. The hotel is a grand old place with atmosphere, originally an 18th c palazzo. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice hotel located in a central area where many cool places are just walking distance. We had a great time here. Despite being located in a central area our room was very quiet. Special thanks to Catherine who works at the reception and was also our babysitter. She made our stay really wonderful

When we stayed here, the show drain did not work and the entire bathroom was flooded. The owner refused to give is a refund and it ruined our entire trip. There also is no staff after hours and nobody to contact for help.

Excellent air conditioned hotel tucked away in a quiet street. Staff were so helpful with local dining recommendations. It’s lovely to stay in a small boutique hotel where you are recognised and greeted each time you come and go.
