Lovely hotel with excellent service.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Front desk were nice. Only issue was there were only two luggage carts. So transferring luggage was a hassle.

The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities.

Room was clean, however I have an autistic son that loves to look out of the window. In the front lobby on the north side of the building the window ceil and the floors were visible filthy. My son sat in the the chair by the window, the chair turned as I was redirecting him, I noticed his pants was dirty just from turning around. There was a party somewhere on 7/25/26 which was my last day before I drove 5 hours back home. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep so my husband and I decided that we would leave at 4:30am since we couldn’t relax before our drive home. There was also commotion near our door regarding the noise and a staff member. Very disappointed.

Clean room staff was great

I love how the central location of hotel it was about a .1 mile to restaurants and stores most important less than a mile to the stadium where I was going for an event the music festival in Cincinnati.
