Best Accident ever

Found The Delegate by accident on Hotels.com. Best accident ever. Everything about it was gorgeous. The detail was spot on as they tried to keep the original warehouse vibe, with a modern hotel twist.

Beautiful hotel, great location!

The Delegate is a beautiful hotel and is in a nice area. It’s close enough for us to walk downtown which was a huge bonus. The only major issue is that the walls are very thin so we had to keep the TV in our room so low that we could barely hear it or else others would complain. Additionally, if people were walking down the hallway, you could hear pretty much every word they said even if they weren’t being loud. With that being said, I’d definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area. They did a wonderful job renovating the hotel, it was very clean, and the staff was nice and helpful.

Horrific . No parking at all. Rooms have zero sound insulation. Our first room heard child screaming as if it was in our room. Moved to second room and heard television in one room and loud snoring in another. Moved to room on bottom level in corner that was okay but by this time it was after midnight. Attendant helped us move from first to second room and apologized saying they were not allowed to insulate due to historic preservation.

The hotel has a really cool vibe and the beds were great. The only negatives were the walls could have been insulated better (could hear everyone’s doors opening and closing) and there was no comfy chair in the room to sit in
