Stay away the staff is toxic to guests!

At check in we were badly treated and insulted by the female front desk person. First when my wife went to the desk at 2:30pm she was told to come back at 3:30pm. We sat and walked around till 3:30pm. At that time again I was told in an extremely rude manner to come back at 4pm. I told the woman she had a very bad attitude . I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she responded in a very I dont care attitude "I am the manager".She is a very bad representative of the hotel. As we sat in the lobby at virtually the stroke of 4:00pm the desk clerk told us our room was ready! My wife and I have never been treated so poorly at check in. We will never ever stay at a Wyndham property. We would not recommend this property due to the staff!

I paid 250.00 for a room and it was not good. Flooring was bad, no rugs on the hard floor, caulking and painting was noticeably bad, bathroom floor was not pretty, ceiling looked like they painted over water damage. I was hoping for a nice clean place and this was not it.

I rarely rate hotels, but I want to help others not have the experience my family had. Without going into details, this should be named a motel, not a hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, safety, staff helpfulness… it was all poor.

The property was unique and we loved the convenience to the Natural Bridge State Park. The building is older, which adds to the character, but the furnishing are modern. The staff was amazing! Our only complaint was thatvthe mattress was too firm for our liking. We woke up stiff and sore.

I was skeptical at first due to other reviews, however after this weekends stay i was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean, facilities well kept, and the distance to the natural bridge was well within walking distance.

Hotels have gotten out of the hospitality business and natural bridge is no exception. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper daily. Baseboards and drawers were filthy. Stayed because rates and no availability in Lynchburg as were in for a graduation but will not be returning. This hotel could so some renovating, change some staff and accept back the old practices of hospitality and become a destination spot that customers would return to again and again. Unfortunately, you are missing the mark.

Over priced -- Paid for a "Suite" (rm 326). Very substandard- Lving room was oversized with minimal furniture -- -looked like a barn. . Signs taped to the wall, . No maid service -- room was not made up, no fresh towels. no coffee. This property is ruining the Wyndham brand. Happy to discuss if it really makes a difference.
