A little disappointed

Have always loved Embassy Suites...until this past weekend. Pull out sofa had fitted sheets that didn't fit and no pillows. Have always loved their breakfast. Made to order eggs were delicious but served with cold sausage.

It is very dark parking lot at night, feels a little unsafe, a bit hard to find hotel as it is tucked back into the area. Made it very quiet though. A daily parking cost seemed unreasonable, I don’t think I have seen that before in hotels that were not downtown and right in city center.

The staff was helpful. The room was spacious. The hallway overlooks an atrium with lush plants and a fountain. The free breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
